Treat your child to a birthday party at Dandenong Oasis. This is a great opportunity for you to sit back, relax and let someone else organise the party, run the games, worry about the catering and handle the cleaning up!

FOOD PLATTERS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THE ADULTS. ICE-CREAM CAKES ARE AVAILABLE.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Deposits are non-refundable unless there is a medical certificate supplied. A $5.00 admin fee applies to all cancellations.
• Please ensure the above details are correct.
• Bookings are only accepted upon payment of deposit
• Number of children attending MUST be confirmed on the TUESDAY AFTERNOON  prior to the party day. Numbers cannot be altered after this point due to staff ratios and ordering requirements.
• A minimum of 12  children are required, parties are conducted for Primary  School aged children.  Children outside this age group cannot participate in the activities. 
• Parties of less than 12 participants are still required to pay the minimum amount based on the party option chosen.
• Maximum of 20 Participants.
• A limited number of life jackets and arm bands are available to use during the party.
• Final Payment is payable on the day, prior to the commencement of the party and is based on the final numbers confirmed TUESDAY AFTERNOON prior to the party date.
• Additional food can be brought to the party but NO KNIVES, GLASS OR CHINA will be permitted past Reception.
• Please note that children under the age of 10 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• For payment Cash, Eftpos, Credit card or Money orders are accepted (no personal Cheques).
• Any special requirements (e.g. food allergies) must be notified to staff upon final confirmation of numbers.
• Bookings must be received at least 1 week prior to the date.
• Terms and conditions must be signed at time of booking
