With drowning statistics increasing annually, equipping yourself or your child with the skills of survival in and around water is priceless. Our focus is to provide high quality experienced instructors in an environment where students of all ages are able to progress rapidly.
Women’s only program is a weekly session for all women. Every Sunday 6.15pm to 8.15pm. (session times will change during daylight savings to 7.15pm - 9.15pm). Fully staffed by females the women's only program offers, Aquatic Education lessons, land based group fitness classes and gentle water exercise classes.
